This committee helps plan and organize our monthly teacher/staff appreciation activities such as lunches, coffee breaks. They also take the lead in preparing for Teachers' Appreciation Week. Please reach out if you'd like to help plan these fun activities to show our staff

Each year, the PTA arranges for 2 book fairs. The committee helps to operate and execute the book fair, including planning, promotion, and setting up/breaking down the event.

The school is interested in someone organizing events and participation that will keep our school grounds looking beautiful. They also are seeking help with the turtle pond in the courtyard.

Did you know the PTA funds our school's assemblies during the year? This committee works with the PTA board and school administration to book the assembly performers.

Movie night inside or outside at Cloverly are a fun tradition. PTA advertises the event, and then handles set up and convenience sales to finance them.

One night event in March to bring families to the school for reading together and with our favorite Cloverly staff. Working with Cloverly's Reading Specialist, organizing marketing,  finding volunteers for the night.

Annual Cloverly event in October where kids can dress up in costume, trick or treat at cars. Lots to do - communicating with families, graphic design, day of help, seeking community support. 

One night event in the Spring to bring families to the school for playing games with friends and teachers. Marketing, communicating, showing up at the event and having fun!

Each year PTA volunteers collect photos of all the Cloverly ES activities and put it together in the yearbook. Volunteer to help with layout, communication, taking pictures!
